Style Me Couture is a Shop/Designers Studio. We are located in a 2,000 sq ft industrial looking space in Homer Glen Illinois off of 159th st between bell south and bell road. Style Me Couture carries designer gowns which are found throughout the US, but also from International Designers, as well as our own in house designer Nesreen Abulaban. The shop is owned by Nesreen, where she designs and creates one of a kind pieces. Whether it is a simple gown to the most extravagant, gowns are made to create a statement representing YOU, your uniqueness with a designers touch. "From my years of experience and working with various clients from varying cultural backgrounds and unique individuality, I have learned to have a global eye and style for design. Born and raised here in the Southwest Suburbs of Illinois to Palestinian American Parents I grew up enjoying the modern trends of today, yet the traditional designs aspects which represent ones heritage, and cultural identity if need be. I dreamt design and sketched since I was 16, and continued to do so throughout the years. I put design and fashion to the side in my early years and received my B.A. in English and my MA in Communications. Since 2001 after the birth of my daughter Bridal and Event planning was something I enjoyed. I worked with family and friends throughout the years and word of mouth and did this as a hobby. A hobby that I loved and could not ignore. Throughout the years I traveled, my eye for design and style became more open to the beautiful variations in design. The connection to culture, identity, heritage was something I understood and educated myself further with. I always wanted to learn more, understand more, make a educated connection between my creations and my clients. I took time, on and off while I had children, raising a family and so on. I finally felt it was time to pursue what I love. Things just fell into place the way the do for a reason. Here I am Today!" My design process has everything to do with my clients individuality and style, and I am right there to listen, understand, and assit. We cater to each individual client at her convenience only. Our consultation is set up to cater to the clients needs and details. Any questions, concerns, needs are addressed during these consultations. Pictures are necessary if you have specifics in mind. WE DO NOT COPY DESIGNS, WE DO TAKE INSPIRATION STYLES AND DESIGNS INTO CONSIDERATION TO MAKE A PERFECT CUSTOM PIECE FOR YOU.
